November Artist Showcase Finalists

Guitar Shop TV is excited to present November’s six Artist Showcase finalists. They have received thousands of submissions from great bands around the world & this month’s finalists are pretty awesome. The November Winner will be announced early next month based on the band receiving the largest number of votes from viewers around the world.

Recent Guitar Shop TV guests have included guitar & rock gods like Steven Tyler, Ted Nugent, Phil Collen of Def Leppard, Keith Urban, Peter Frampton, Johnny Winter, Vince Gill, Buddy Guy, Robert Cray, Larry Carlton, Robben Ford, Stanley Jordan and lead guitarists and sidemen for artists such as Paul McCartney, David Bowie, Keith Richards, Steely Dan, James Taylor, Rod Stewart, and The Black Crowes, to name just a few.

Lluther are an alt-inflected hard rock band from Dublin, Ireland that formed in 2004 on the ashes of lead singer Gerry “G” Owens’ successful former band, Skindive. Along with Owen, the group is comprised of guitarist Hytham “Sandman” Martin, bassist Leon “Leon Christ” Guilfoyle, drummer Logan Firth and backup singer Aoife O’Leary. Together the group has conjured up a big, emotive, anthemic hard rock sound that resembles what U2 might have been if they’d decided to be a heavy metal band. As most of you will already know we had a break in to our tour van in Brooklyn last week.

Among the items stolen were a passport including visa & other important documentation. It is for this reason we have had to cancel our upcoming shows, as we must head back to Ireland early to have everything replaced & reissued.

But fear not, we will be back shortly after Christmas to continue the tour.
